well... another pity party, Lol

 guys anyone who's well , who can say some prayers, energy.. i have zero.. none..

  I have sooo much going on and have to do and can't..

didn't go to my dentist appt, extremely impt appt..

 my feet.. whats up w/ that?? the burning feet sensation??

 

my dr said, i was doing everything i could do.. but man..

when is this going to leave???

..

I read some of the things to read, .. but.. i just want a hug

that would mean a lot... i know blush, may seem silly, but when you're really alone.... or feel that way. . it helps..

its been a month?? wow.. and it won't stop!!

The EXHaustion.. omg.. i mean i think if i stay awake 3 hrs straight, its like a record....

..

i don't know what else to say, bc you guys know it, live it..

and i have a friend who lives, an hr, away, going to get me food and drop it off.. thats a major blessing!!

and i may have a provider, who comes tomorrow and cleans!!

so ok things are better then i think..

but what the H, did we do to deserve this??

 and is cancer really worse (rusty darlin, no offense and hugs to you).. too tired to pm.. but seriously is it??

With depression can come suicidal thoughts. Somebody like you comes along, makes the most horrific  statements instead of supporting that person and the next thing you know they take their own lives.

Im not saying that what Whispered or Joonie would do that but there are so many fragile people who are desperate for a kind word or understanding.

Hi Sandra, my thoughts exactly, that is what I am trying to tell PIP on the AP thread, posted today . I hope it works, well said Sandra, Janie. Whispered, I notice you're not taking anything specifically to treat mania associated with bipolar disorder.  Have you and your medical team discussed adding a mood stabilizer to your regime?  The manic phase can be just as debilitating as the depressive phase.  A mood stabilizer will help iron out the highs and lows.  I have a relative and a few friends with bipolar disorder, and mood stabilizers make all the difference.
