Intestinal bug and meds | Arthritis Information

I've been sick since Wednesday with some bug. I won't go into detail as it's TMI, but it's a weight-loss program you wouldn't want to try. I was due to take my mtx Wed night, but skipped it since I didn't need to add more to my stomach distress. Also, skipped my relafen. Will slowly start to introduce some food back into my system - the typical BRAT diet. In the pre-RA days, I would just let illnesses run it's course, now I'm a little more cautious. Any reason to be concerned if I don't start feeling better in a few more days? I'm due to take my enbrel on Sunday - any reason to not take it? I was running a low-grade fever, but seems fine today. I know I should call my doctor as they make the best determination, but hate calling for no reason, so looking for some guidance.
