I so don't think I would be doing as well as I am with out doing this very thing, fresh and local (closer to the source, the better) when I can get it, no processed or packaged, little red meat and no sugar. I still occasionally have a potato and a little whole wheat.

Exactly how I feel Waddie. I don't think I'd be as far along the remission path if I hadn't drastically changed my diet. Everyone once in awhile sugar creeps back in but nothing and I mean nothing like before.
