I've been on MTX for a couple of weeks now and feel really, really lucky that I'm getting some relief from my RA symptoms (swelling, pain, fatigue, etc). So, now I'm starting to wonder if I'll see any improvement in my dry eye problem (Sjogren's). I haven't worn contact lenses since I was diagnosed with RA - my eyes dried out basically overnight. Has anyone with Sjogren's had an improvement in their symptoms when they went on methotrexate?? TIA!HI joywpa.
