BRAIN FOG | Arthritis Information

Oh my lord.  This whole week.  I am barely with it.  I thought it might be the Humira (which is working pretty well) but now i think I must have some low level infection or some other condition.  I mean I am just struggling to stay with it (and my job is reading all day).  I remembered to take my ritalin this morning, I've been having those days where you are like, "oh, I just need to take it easy tonight, go to bed early, and start again."  And I do, and I"m still like huhhhhhh?  I mean I can keep it together at work, I'm just not as sharp as I know I can be.  And I am dizzy/lightheaded again, like I was when I had strep for so long.  But I don't have a fever and had my blood counts run recently and they were all fine.

If I didn't have to focus on anything I'd be happy as a clam with joints doing pretty well but uuuuuuuuuuuhhhhhhhhhhh.  Dizzy head.

Okay, I need to get it together.  More caffeine and adrenaline is the prescription for me.  Luckily I have a lot to do today.

But I am SO excited about the weekend!  I should probably go to the doctor soon but I have RD coming up on April 13th and I am tired of co-pays, and beyond the scope of a nurse practitioner.  Oh and I took the medicine and got all the arava out of my system but I'm still itchy, so go figure.

Take care everyone.  Just needed to rant.  Will now resume serious professional posture. :)

I hope your weekend is a good one! Sounds like you just need to rest. When I wear my body down, I tend to have really bad brain fog. I hate not remembering stuff. Heck I have a hard time remembering things from the last 4 years.

Hope you feel better soon!
I think Joonie may be right.. I think you need to rest up on the weekend....  REALLY rest.

You'll find a new clarity when you're rested

best to y ou!!
Thanks! I made it through the day!!!!! Then had a few glasses of wine and feel only slightly more out of it than I did during the day.  Perhaps more coherent?  I will focus on getting 8 plus hours of sleep tonight.  Also remembered that the powdered drink I am taking to rid my system of Arava can prevent absorption of Vitamins A, D, and K....so maybe that has something to do with it, although I think it is wishful thinking and the dizziness and itching are related.  Oh well.  ITS FRIDAY!!! :)

Glad you made it thru! Now just have a good restful weekend!
