What bothers me the most is that I just feel so much older than my 41 years -- a gentle walk around the block is all I can muster activity-wise (in addition to working full time in an "on my feet" occupation). I am on and off pred thoughout the year, usually low dose, but generally I just feel tired and crappy all the time. It is so hard to feel good about taking care of oneself on the outside when the inside feels so wiped out. Yes, we are more than this disease, definitely, but it takes it's toll!
