Hi everyone I am new to this site.

I have PA & Lyme and am currently using AP with a lot of success, I haven't had a flare since my doctor gave me a diet to use (anti-inflammatory) and starting me on AP. I had a little while in the beginning with herxing, but it wasn't bad.

I hope to learn a lot being a part of this website.

Welcome aboard - sorry you had to find us, but its a great board. And also a big family, so don't mind the frequent battles, we always recover :)

I would be interested in what diet he put you on.
