I have been breaking out in hives lately all over my body, and am wondering if it might be because I have been off my enbrel for about 1 month now. Has anyone else experienced this kind of reaction from coming off this med? I'm stumped and cannot ask my doctor as I do not have health insurance because of switching jobs until February...
Hockeymom- I have not had that problem - either on or off of it...What other meds are you on? Sometimes stress will also cause hives for those of us with RA... Try using Benedryl and also call the Enliven services at Enbrel- they have nurses there for free and can answer questions for you..Good luck and let us know what you find out.
