fluid in ankle - what it means | Arthritis Information

when I went for ultrasound for my ankle, I was told I have fluid in both ankles, what it meansyou're inflamed? There is definitely fluid in our joints w/ RA....If I put pressure on one side of my knee...... I see it on the other side bulging......there's fluid there.... it's what the doc drained from my knee to DX me w/ RA in that I am sero neg...

I have acihille tendonitis and plantar facitis for over 5 months now. going for PT. progress is slow.

I had plantar fascitis too...... and swollen ankles full of inflammation.

I feel for you --- it's very painful.....

oddly, as my inflammation went down...I felt some relief
