I was reading earlier somewhere that many PsA patients have a hard choice to make when one biologic works for their arthritis and not their psoriasis, and another biologic works for their psoriasis and not their arthritis. They have to choose because you can't do both. Maybe they could try the biologic that is best for the arthritis and use Vit D ointment on their psoriasis and it would work out.
Interesting possibility.
