Very enjoyable Lyndee.  I plan to see if I can find this also.  Thank you for posting.

Pat
Good stuff Lyn Pat and Stephen....so pleased you enjoyed it!

Now, to add a little more to the music mix is the link below from Xphirience and I have to say that this was astounding. I have ordered the DVD's after some profoundly beautiful and moving sounds which have bought consequences to my relationship with hubby that even he is astounded by! Maybe I was ready for something to touch me like I was touched, but regardless, I see some things happening in my life very differently. I am not meaning RA wise necessarily although I believe a certain inner peace cant harm my RA at all,

The Xpherience sample...hope it arrives at your place and yes...use stereo headphones if you have them and be relaxed laying on your couch or in a chair. Download to save, I did to desktop for easy reaching.

ETA: After Stephens post below I realised I had not mentioned that this piece is to meditate with so will seem monotonous without head prep, ...the top link is purely for relaxing, mind clear. My bad.

LyndeeNZ2009-04-16 04:00:48Hmm! That did not grab me the same as the first I'm afraid.

One day I'd like to put together a relaxation DVD of my images and music.
Something that can be played with or without the visuals.
I just need the free soundtracks because I'm not into composing, perhaps in my next life I can be one of those.
Thanks for this Lyndee.  I am always looking for alternative ways to deal with pain.Lyndee, have you tried Reiki, or do you just use the music for relaxation?  I am considering going for Reiki classes, with the idea that eventually I would like to perform Reiki.  I have heard a lot about it, and it is very popular in my area.

I would be very interested to hear what you or anyone else has experienced with Reiki.
I will bookmark this and check it out when I get home........ sounds like I would enjoy!!

NAH ! Put on some AC/DC and forget all about your RA !!!

6t5~ don't forget the healing powers of Pink Floyd, Rush and Chili Peppers
YUP ! Running water and birds don't do it for me
Well, if we're talking therapy, you can't beat Rolling Stones and Lynrd Skynrd played very loud, with the car windows down!
AC/DC aint for me but my hubby toured with them as bass player in a support band 20 years ago!!
Pink Floyd's Pulse dvd gets a lot of airtime when Im home, went to that concert in London and it was the best concert ever! Those were the days. Hi Lyndee

Are these available in music stores or do you have to order them?  I am very interested.

Pat
Pat...if you google.. Reiki Amazon .. you will get quiet a few hits, also Reiki Music. Lots of places seem to sell this kind of music but I deal with Amazon mostly.

To answer someone above who asked about Reiki, I have not studied it before but intend to. I have been to a practitioner a few times and always felt good afterwards but not since I was d'xed with RA. It is apparently studied in 3 stages and  in a very short time....and I think you can get to do it online or just at home if you wish. Have not investigated that as I would prefer ' hands on' which is what Reiki is all about.

Will let you all know when I start and how its going.

LyndeeNZ2009-04-16 18:14:05Thanks Lyndee and good luck with Reiki.  It all sound very interesting.
