I would definitely be thrilled to relieve you of your boredom. Give me a few seconds to sweep, dust, and put a pot of tea on to steep. great.. do you have any Earl Grey?  I could do w/ a cuppaEarl Grey it is (it is one of our favourites-we buy it five pounds at a time), lemon, cream? Or maybe iced with some fresh bergamot leaves? steeped strong w/ cream!  w/ a half a Spenda ?  (I know I know bad stuff) Babs, have you tried Stevia instead of Splenda?  It's made from the stevia leaves.  Very sweet and better for you.  I'LL BE RIGHT OVER, sugar and cream, thank you.  LindySorry, raw sugar is all I can offer. But! please feel free to bring your own Spenda.

LinB.. I have tried Stevia and do use it at home.. traveling it's not so convenient... BUT Truvia is new..and I've yet to try that... it is made from Stevia and supposedly prepared in the exact same way as cane sugar.
Ooooh! It's a party! LinB, I was so sorry to read that you are having some problems with infection and are off your RA meds. Curse word!!

Thanks Shug, but you know a cup of Earl Grey will lift my spirits and a bowl of yogurt and fruit sounds great.  In fact I just had some yogurt and blueberries.....gotta get my daily berries.  Sorry, Snow but I'm off sweets.  Sure sounds good.  Am getting ready for a bowl of cheerios and a banana and then I have to clean....I can't put it off another day and then off to the library.  Lindy

Like Stevia.If Earl Grey is not to everyone's linking, I also have a superb mango tea and an even better orange spice tea that is wonderful iced.

AND, as a bonus, RDP just brought in a double handful of French breakfast radishes and broccoli shoots from the garden. I have a loaf of rosemary and garlic sourdough bread nearly ready to go into the oven and a new bottle of avocado oil, a well-aged wedge of Parmesan and a ripe brie.
Got some great sharp cheddar.OMG, I'm dying here......French breakfast radishes on homemade bread with a spread of butter - heaven.  I miss my garden. Brie, yum.  I just had 3 pretzels with mustard, some OJ and am thinking about having a tangerine or some grapes.  I adore our little imaginary tea party [/QUOTE]

For the Earl Grey lovers....
 

The tea mixture may appear curdled after you add the milk, but this is expected and will result in nice creamy gelato after freezing.

3 cups water
1 1/2 cups sugar
5 Earl Grey tea bags (or 5 tsp loose tea)
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 cups whole milk

Combine water and sugar in a large saucepan; bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat, and add tea bags or leaves. Cover and steep 5 minutes; discard tea bags or strain out tea leaves. Stir in juice and cool completely. Stir in milk (or 1/2 & 1/2). Freeze in ice cream maker.

Well, I don't know about all that... I'll just have a Coke and a handful of almonds. can't enjoy the brie, Shug, it's not on my "permitted food list" due to enbrel......but everything else sounds devine.!
