Sorry, didnot talk to u guys for some time and looks like a long time.  Away on conference.  CathyMarie, I can understand ur pilates ball problem. I was asked to do some ball exercises myself.  Being a klutz, I had some tough time with it.

Somebody gave me the video for pilates with out ball and did them and I slowly get the hang of it.  Once ur core muscle stablizes u will able to do ball exercises.

Well, coming back to the issue,  when I started taking MTX I have developed, kind of dry itchy throat and  dry cough.  I don't have any cold at all.  I don't know what is going on?  any body else had these symptoms by any chance???
I don't but Mtx can cause really bad things like in the lungs, so report it and let your dr decide if it's anything to worry about or not.
CathyMarie
PS... thanks for reassurring me about the pilates.
Definately make sure your doctor is aware of it. I never had a problem with it; but some have horrible problems with it. It's definately one of the warnings with MTX: Lung Issues. Probable nothing too serious; but don't ignore. I am having similar issues right now..... I always have a dry throat but it has become itchy and I have a dry cough..... but this is standard every spring w/ my allergies.....  When I went to Florida.. I did not have it... back here in PA it's back....

IDK what the deal is.. I suffer through and hope the pollen I'm allergic to goes away.
Let your physician know, better to err on the side of being overly cautious.

Like Babs, my niggling cough and irritated throat correlate to season allergies, but if the cough/irritation was unusual I would be seeking medical attention.
