I have just been soooo fatigued!

Well... my toes are not hurting as much. I have taken my 2nd dose of MTX last Friday. So... maybe this will work for me.

I do feel really fatigued since starting it though, but might be from all this rain and messed up weather we have been having that is making me flare just a little.

All in all... I am doing okay. My hands are still working well, that is a plus!

I have been playing online scrabble on pogo. Just needed a change of scenery.

Last Friday... I slept for over 12hours after hubby got home from work. And woke up at 5am and stayed up all day... and went to sleep around 5am and got up again at 9am, and still I cannot get myself back on my schedule. I was for about 2 weeks staying awake after daughter went to school... and then... I got insomnia from the fibro. I have been trying for over 2 months now to get back on that schedule, but I cannot get back to it. I have even tried to stay awake after daughter has went to school, when I only had 2hrs sleep, I end up going to bed early around 8pm, and then sleeping until 6am, and still... not wanting to get up and stay up at that time.

I do not know how I done it last time. I wish I knew how to get back on that schedule.

Welp, I am going to go to sleep. Abbi-Kitty has been sleeping with me again! YAY!! She even sleeps with me after hubby has gone to work. I have woke up with her on my stomach, and laying on my hip a few mornings. now she just lays next to me.

Hey Joonie! Good to know your hands are working well, but its a bugga about the sleeping though.

I play this version of Scrabble often, and beaten the 'PUTER a couple of times even!

if you force yourself into a "normal" schedule of sleep.... it will eventually work for you.. go to bed at the same time get up at the same time... take your meds at the same time...eat at the same times.....  you will have to force yourself by an alarm for all these parts of your day until it becomes nature to you.

find something interesting to do during the awake times...... something to keep you awake and keep your interest... challenge your mind maybe?

hang in there Joonie.

Good advice from Babs.  And if you have a night that you can't sleep, tough it out and stay up through the next day.  Otherwise you'll mess up your sleep schedule all over again.

Oh believe me... I have toughed it out. I stayed up for 38 hours non-stop a couple of times just to try to get back on that schedule I had. But it did not work!

I done this as recently as Easter weekend. I thought I would be back on track, and then NOPE, once I fell asleep I was asleep and would not wake up.
