It's been raining and storming all day here in greater Chicagoland, with temps hovering in the 40's. I love a good summer thunderstorm, but this crap sucks. I was supposed to go to the grocery store today but that just ain't happening!
I hear ya Jas. I'm in western Wisconsin and it's not much better hear today. Low 50's and on and off rain. I know it's that time of year but yesterday it was sunny and 87.well. don't you dare send that crappy weather east!! We had 90's today.. and we're getting 90's on Sunday!! and I"M LOVING IT!!It was beautiful here most of the day....was nice to open the windows. Now though, we're having a bit of a thunderstorm.we hit a very windy 92 !!!! here today.. from snow on tuesday to 92 sheeshYesterday was wonderful - I think we hit the mid-80's. It was sunny and quite breezy. I opened up every window I could and let the wind blow out the old winter air.
Here in Mi, the day started out nice........hot, sunny. But as the day progressed the clouds moved in, the temp dropped and we got a couple of thunder storms. It was nice, having the windows open, smelling the rain and hearing the thunder. I liked it.
