I was reading Joonies Twinkie thread, we dont get them in the UK but I was given a lovely recipe for a Malteaser cake. Its the easiest cake I have ever made and pure indulgence.

Heres the recipe if you want it ( Joonie you will love it.)

6oz self raising flour  ( In the USA  its the same flour you bake cakes with)

2oz hot chocolate powder ( iNSTANT)
8oz Margarine
8oz caster sugar  ( superfine i think its called in the USA)NOT WHAT YOU MAKE ICING OUT OF
4 eggs
10ml baking powder
Malteasers  ( USA I think they are called whoppers) choc balls filled with honeycombe

Cream together sugar and marg, add beaten eggs and mix, sift four, baking powder and hot choc powder and beat  until its a smooth cake mix. Add as many malteasers( whoppers) as you like...I use 6 40g bags and stir with a fork. Pour into a cake tin

put into a preheated oven ( gas mark 4) for 50 mins...EAT!!!!
ITS LOVELY COLD OR HOR WITH ICE CREAM

I still haven't tried this yet...just waiting until after my daughter's wedding (less than 3 weeks now)...I don't want to add any more weight to my already "fluffy" body. I need my dress to fit.
