On Sunday, a group of 59 friends and family did the "Walk For A Cure" for March of Dimes.  "So that all children can be born healthy"

Some of you may know that my grandson was born 6 weeks premature.  He's had some little battles due to his prematurity and is still having feeding issues because he aspirates from a bottle and they are testing for celiac's since thickening his formula w/ cereal made him a failure to thrive baby and he couldn't gain weight.  He now has a feeding tube in his nose which attaches to a longer tube and a bag of his formula and that's how he is fed for now.  They took a little piece of his esophagus during and endoscopy and we are awaiting the results.
 
If you have someone give you an opportunity to put some change or dollars toward healthy babies.. help to make the change

I worked for The March of Dimes when I was ateenager. I had to call people and ask them if they would canvass homes to get donations.
What a sweet little boy, Babs!  How long do they think he'll need the feeding tube?not sure, kelstev.......  He was taking bottles w/ cereal but then he got sick from that.. so depending on the results (and getting actual results) of the test, we will see. 
He's just the sweetest happiest little fella....  We jokingly call him the Prince  ... but he really is  Aw babs, he's so sweet.  And blessed to have so many to take up for him. What a sweet little punkin' babs.  I hope they can get it figured out quickly.  You're right, The March of Dimes is a wonderful organization.Here's the army:  (I am in the back row [see the stroller.. go a little left of that all the way to the back to the left of a man w/ gray/white hair and sun glasses... the blonde is ME!
