Hello everyone :)
I was wondering if anyone has had any success with using meditation to alleviate pain associated with inflammation, or inflammation itself. The link below is an audio of an interview with a rheumatologist which aired on NPR this weekend. She also has a book. My mother has ordered it for me. It is worth listening to, and discusses on the role stress plays on arthritis as a possible causative factor.
I would love to hear any experiences anyone has had with meditation and inflammation.
