Nope, haven't see that one. It sounds like it could be very useful. I say go ahead and get it if it's cheap! Looks like Amazon has a decent price. Do you have a Half-Price Books store in your area? Lots of good finds there, way cheap. can't remember, but that may be the one i scanned at a book store...all obvious things to do about arthritis.  If it's the one, I thought it was useless.I haven't read any books related to RA or arthritis since my early years. After a while it seems all the books say the same things.....but things have changed since I was first dx'ed. I pretty much get my info now from the web. It's more up to date I think.haven't read that one... let  us know if it's a good read, wantto!! I thumbed through it at the bookstore.  It's OK, I guess... but most folks here already know just about everything in it.  It's more for the n00bs.
