OT:Happy Mothers Day | Arthritis Information
To all the moms here....happy mothers day ladies. I hope your families have something special in mind for you on your day! I wish my mom was still around so I could take her out to dinner but my mother in law will just have to do.
Bob
Thank you Bob and I also would like to wish all the Moms a great day. I am like you Bob, I wish my mom were still here but I think they know we are thinking of them. Mother-in-laws are good to celebrate with too.
Pat
thanks,
Missing my mom too..... so much!
I will have a wonderful day with my children and grandson..... they have a geat meal and celebration planned...
Happy Mothers' Day to all!
Thanks! You're a sweety!Dad cooked dinner, and my stepmom and I didn't have to lift a finger. Afterwards, DH and the boys went to see the new Star Trek movie and I got a few hours of peace and quiet.
I finally got the dryer fixed - the drum belt had been squealing for a few weeks, so I ordered the replacement parts. I kept putting off the repair until yesterday, when it finally snapped. The repair was quick and easy - I didn't realize how simple dryers were! The hardest part was trying to keep the drum in place while I put the front of the dryer back on. It took two hands and one foot to maneuver everything into place. 15 minutes of work, for the belt = 0 in savings (plus no creepy repair guy!). We have another dryer that's been sitting idle in the basement for years with the same problem (we live in a deconverted 2-flat, complete with 2 washer/dryer setups in the basement). Now that I know how easy it is, I'm going to get the belt and fix that one too! It will be great to have 2 dryers to use!!!
I'm up late because spring allergies are in overdrive, and the Sudafed is keeping me awake. I think it's time to search for that Lunesta bottle...
