Anyone with any and all types of medical problems, are needed to help research and try out this new free & quick & easy-to-make healing method, and to let others know what they discover that works or that does not work.

I tried this simple-to-make device, and after the very first night of trying it ( eight hours ), my beginning and painful arthritis in my left hand was completely gone for the first time, and also for the first time in a very long time I felt full of energy all day and not down in the dumps.

The theory of this method simply involves the beds that people sleep on. Because the bedding usually form fits into the shape of the persons body, the bedding places harmful pressures onto the nerve connections that attach to the spine as one lays on their back. So the theory for healing is to simply find an easy way to remove these harmful pressures on the spine, that harmfully acts by pressing on the spine all night long while one sleeps. This same theory may also apply to the backs of many of the chairs that people sit on, and in particular many automobile car seats.

The first method that worked for me yesterday morning for my very first trial ( Tuesday 5-12-2009 ), was to simply use one piece of flat plexiglass plastic sized 10 X 20 inches. I placed this plastic under the bed sheet, and positioned it just above the buttocks at the lower curve of the back and up to neck. The second night of using this same method was not as uncomfortable as the first night, and I was able to get good sleep both nights with this device. The theory as to why the flat surface works to raise the spine up and above the flat surface is that the muscles on each side of the spine lift the spine up and away from the flat surface, as these muscles rest on the flat surface.

For me, sleeping of the flat floor surface is too uncomfortable and I could never get good sleep with sleeping on the floor.

I plan on trying in the future several smaller sections of plexiglass plastic that are duck taped together, instead of just using the one long flat piece. Also, I will try duck taping foam cushion onto the plexiglass, and also leave a two inch gap in the foam cushion to allow the spine to float in the air.

Could anyone recommend any other internet health forum where I could place this thread.

I tried the foam cushion idea, and I would not recommend the use of foam cushion. The flat hard surface is better, because it is easy for a person to slide off of the small spaced gap between the two ( right and left ) foam cushions while one is asleep and then one would have the same problem as before but in a worse way ( the foam cushion edge pressing into the spine ).
