Any suggestions how you deal with barometric pressure, cold weather to relieve pain.  Someone suggested a dehumidifier?  Any other suggestions?  I will be leaving as much as possible but since refinancing my home - I am pretty much stuck in this rainy, cold, weather.  I would love to hear any suggestions.  I would love to put the wheelchair away Sorry you're having a hard time Roxy. I know how well you've been doing and I imagine your are real discouraged. Keep your chin up....the sun will shine again. Thanks Lovie.   I really am doing better than I have for a long time.  It is just frustrating that I cannot exercise more and I have so little endurance - tired all the time.  I have always been afraid to go to the big guns - the new tnf blockers - I want them in use longer.  I am confortable with Enbrel and Humira but I have fears around the newer ones.  I just don't trust doctors and I want to live.  Right now because of my amazing improvement, I am trying to do all I can to get better.

Co mel - big coincidence you brought up Acai juice.  Just looked for it at grocery store and will find it tomorrow at drug store.   I have also been taking mega doses of glucosamine/chondroiton, fish oil, calcium and COQ10 besides all the mega multivitamins and trying to eat super healthy.  The only thing that is really tough for me is I would like to be gluten free but because it is so difficult to cook for myself - healthy sandwiches are a mainstay and I have not yet found an edible gluten free bread.  I am also doing colon cleanses and lots of fresh produce.

I am going back to physical therapy and yoga also to gain more strength.  My capabilities are so low in comparison with pre RA that it is frustratimg but I want to get into an exercise regime to try to overcome the exhaustion all the time.  Hard work to get motivated but I am doing it Good advice and thanks for the encouragement.  I am going to talk to a yoga instructor next week.  I may take a couple private lessons with her first.
Anyone else have good results with the Acai juice.  I bought the pills as the juice was so expensive.  Co-Mel - do you know of a website that has good deals?

Another thing I noticed is I am sensitive to any extreme temps.  I used to love sitting in the sun but now I have to sit in the shade or I get uncomfortable very quickly.  I guess I will have to use bottled tan lol

PS  I got sick last week right after my Enbrel.  I spent three days in bed and it was five days of feeling achey, uckey so I have to get motivated again.  I was getting nervous about the swine flu thing - paranoid me
