Thanks so much for sharing this Cathy, this is great information!  I wish I had this when I was getting my disability.

You're welcome.  Now, I just need to remember where it is, if and when I need to take that route in the future.   I hope it's a long time, but one thing I've learned from this board is that things can change quickly.

Cathy, that's a great site... thanks!  I'm in the middle of that mess.
On the page of the top 10 mistakes, I see I haven't made any; most are common sense.
I am interested in reading the advise about how to convince a judge that I deserve it.

It is a great site. I filed for my disabilty back in Jan. I just recieved a letter telling me that they are setting me up with there DR.s one a medical Dr. not specializing in RA and a psychologist for an evaluation. I am told this is a normal step plus reading that info also said same thing. I guess I need to get my gloves ready may be a battle to get this. I was hoing not. Laura
