After returning to Arava I've discovered all my old complaints have returned:
insomnia
tingling skin
diahorrea
acid reflux
I had no idea these complaints could be caused by the drug. Not sure what to do about it, I'm taking something to control the nausea & reflux. Amazing.

I take Arava as part of a combination therapy and both my physician and the pharmacist described each of the side-effects you mentioned. The gastro-intestinal upsets seems to be common and, at least in my case, gradually decreased as my body adjusted to the drug.
Of more concern is the tingling which might be a precursor of other nerve involvement. Have you spoken with your RD and your primary care physician about these side-effects. If not, allow me to suggest you do so.

I had these side effects with the Arava as well but never could adjust. I hope you find something soothing soon Janalex, and DO talk to your doctor!
