Remicade almost there! | Arthritis Information

 

Took my last enbrel today, in a few weeks I start remicade!!!!!!!

I wish you better luck with Remicade than I've had with it.  It just doesn't seem to have enough punch for my RA.  I thought maybe it would just take a little time but it's been six months on it and so far not much change.  I think I'm moving on to Rituxan shortly if I ever hear from my insurance co about coverage for it.

I am starting Remicade today and finished my last Enbrel shot this past Saturday. My rheumy told me it only takes five days for Enbrel to be out of your system. I wonder why you have to wait, especially since you are suffering. Sorry if you have already posted about this and I missed it. I have been a bit hit and miss with reading the last few weeks. At any rate, I wish you much luck with Remicade. You really deserve to feel better. You are a brave little mermaid!
