My Inflammation jumps around | Arthritis Information

Right now I feel wonderful, that's why I am able to type this ... but last week, my knuckles were terribly inflamed and extra swollen ... I've never had this particular knuckle joint swell like this before ... sometimes it's my knees, sometimes it's my ankle ... my question is:

does anyone else have inflammation that jumps around in their body?  I seldom have my entire body inflamed at once ... it's usually a joint here & a joint there ... and sometimes it's not even the left & right corresponding body parts inflamed at the same time ... is that weird?  ... is anyone else like me? ... thanks for any feedback!
When my RA first started, it was migratory.  It would appear in one joint for a few days, then move to another for a few days.  It was very frustrating.Migratory.  I love that word Kweenb, it takes something awful and gives me an image of a bird!  I think I will use that in my visualizations!  I have migatory form of RA.  Hardly same side.  With RF negative.  ONLY PROBLEM IS RA does not leave one area before speed rolling another joint   It is very frusturating. My first symptom is swelling and  stiffness then comes the pain.

I hope it helps.
Hi cindy,
Yes my pain is generally in various different parts of body.  Usually more painful on one side than the other.
However, I am just finishing a pred dose because I went into a major flare.  Pain everywhere and foggy brain.  That with my fibro acting up also!
I had family here for 3 weeks and have discovered that it does not matter what type of stress you have, bad or good, if I overdo it I will pay later.  Which I did.
Good luck to you.
