I'm just curious, do you have RA?  The beginning of your statement made it sound like you don't have it and are just here to sell something.

RA isn't your typical arthritis Joy. You'd do well to study your target audience verses randomly posting your website and product on any forum with arthritis involved.
 
I do agree with you that exercise helps though.....but it's in no way a cure for any of us. (OA included)
