Misdiagnosed: Happen to anyone else? | Arthritis Information

I've been reading up on this and a friend found this site. I've gotten more info here than the doc gave. Go figure. Now I have an appointment, in August, to see a specialist. What do I have to look forward to with the testing that will go on with this new diagnosis? I'm sure it won't be fun. Anybody? Hi

Looking at the Arthritis forums and especially the USA forums, you seem to get a lot more information about your condition than we do here in the UK.

I've been fighting this battle since I was 34 and with no support from doctors until I paid privately, first to find out what was wrong with me and then to try and sort it out. It has cost me a lot of money over the years, I'm now 62. But I'm hoping other members will have found some useful products that I can try.
