Help I am awaiting doctors appointment re diagnosis of my aches and pains. Comes for months goes away for weeks comes back again. Almost unbearabale pain in lower back and pain in all joints especially by end of day I need to take something to get to sleep. Whilst I wait for some kind of diagnoses and hopefully relief of symptoms I am keen to try drug free treatments. I do not want to ingest anything even herbal alternatives. Can any body suggest anything I can do? For example saw an add for copper heel inserts do these things really work as I do not want to pay for something that is just a sham. Also magnetic mattrees underlays do they work?? Help need relief asap whilst I wait for doctor
