My left shoulder, elbow and hand have been hurting all week. I think it's from sleeping on the couch at dad's house for the past couple of weeks while I was taking care of my stepmom. I didn't realize how much I had missed my own bed until I finally got to sleep in it again Saturday night... and then of course I felt like an ass for being grateful to be back home...Whatever the reason for the pain, it's annoying. I've been hitting the tramadol and naproxen all week, and it's not getting better. Hopefully it will abate sometime soon!
Crossing my fingers for you that you get some much needed relief, Jasmine.
I am sorry you are hurting. I hope it gets before for you soon and hope you are not trying to flare bad. Hope you sleep well.sorry your goodness brought you discomfort...... I hope it stays away.As Dorothy so famously said, "There IS no place like home." Especially when you have been sleeping on the couch...
Maybe if you took your assortment of pillows with you for the next couch nights you could bolster and cradle yourself enough to prevent a recurrence of the pain.
I send you and your family my best wishes, Shug
Aw Jas, don't feel guilty about being glad to be home. Even the word "home" makes you just want to be there, doesn't it? Besides that, you've been so good and so loyal to your family, I am sure they're all glad you are home getting some rest. Take care and feel better.

No need to sleep on the couch at dad's house now that she's passed on... besides, the couch is quite narrow and there isn't much room for anything besides a body. My stepmom was short, so she made sure to get a couch that a short person could actually have feet on the floor and back against the back of the couch at the same time.

JasmineRain, in my self-absorption this past week I failed to note this, my sincere apologies.
I send you and your family my most heartfelt condolences, Shug
Jas, Hope this morning finds you in less pain. I love my bed and my body hates to be away from it for very long. Feel good. LindyI'm not sure if it hurts or not - I just decided to take more naproxen and tramadol when I woke up this morning, to stay ahead of the pain.
Hope you stay pain free today! Does Lunesta give you a bad taste in your mouth? It was very useful but that was what I found.
