I just wanted to take a minute to thank you, for the help you gave me, regarding my Orencia infusions. As you may recall, I posted that I had a
severe headache, with my first infusion, and was asking for any tips to prevent it from happening again. Well, I had my second infusion, yesterday, and so far, so good. I told the nurses and pharmacist about your suggestions, so they asked me to hydrate myself, before coming in, and they ran a bag of fluids, with the Orencia. I also took the two Tylenol and one Benedryl, like I did with the first infusion. They called Orencia, about running the infusion slower, but Orencia said that it had to be given in the thirty minute time period. Apparently, hydration was the answer because I didn't get any headache at all! I had to make several trips to the bathroom
