Good Afternoon

  As an Alternative Therapy I would suggest going onto this website;

www.roadback.org    This is a proven one and many, many people have had great success.  Like all therapies it does take time to see results, but with this one you don't have all the awful and sometimes life threatening side effects.  There have been people that have even gone into remission and some that have been on it for 12 yrs. and this is the only thing they have to take, which is such a minimal medication compared to ones like Plaquenil or Enbrel groups.

  Certainly worth the read anyways.

Take care Joy

I've read the book roadback and will check the web sight.  i keep trying supplements, and they all take time to work.  I take a supplement, wait 3 months and try or add another one and wait another.

Hello.  I am new to this message board.  I am 63 yrs. old, and have Osteoporosis, and just found out I also have Osteoarthritis.  I have used the Homedics chair messager for awhile, but am wondering if any of you know about the new massager that uses Shiatsu techniques?  Do any of you know is this machine would be perhaps too heavy of a message and damage my back?

I hate this backpain.!

What supplements are people taking to help with RA? Does anemia typically go with RA? ha sanyone heard of chiropractors helping with RA?
