Arthritis Information -Hello. I'm new.

i hope u find what ur lookin for Just a note to say hello to you all.  I am new here.  I have osteo arthritis in my knees, hips and lower back.  The real problems just came out of the blue.  I had arthroscopic surgery about a year ago on my left knee, which never recovered.  I developed a necrosis, completely severed my ACL, and ended up with a complete knee replacement in early March of this year.  Now, I am awaiting arthroscopic surgery on my right knee.  Argg!  I am just so tired of the pain and not being able to get around.  I hope this helps me out, but I realize this is a lifelong problem for me now.
I am hoping to get some good info here on how to care for my joints, manage pain and avoid some of the problems I have been having lately.
