I have a fever. NOW what? i dont feel good :(

im sad Remicade wasnt magic and didnt work the second it went into me. next infusion is in 2 weeks. it better work. and I better not be getting sick from remicade. If you get worse you might want to call your RD and let them know.

Sorry you do not feel well.

You might see some improvement after your next infusion. It takes a while for it to work, especially if your RA is really active and have a lot of inflammation going on.

Feel better soon.
I would call the RD tomorrow. But, it might not be that big of a deal. I know that my dr. always said that you could experience flu like symptoms up to 3 days after an infusion and a fever. They said to call if over 101. I lucked out and haven't ever felt that way. Your body might just be fighting against this new "invader" for now. But-do call the dr. Did you get any pre-meds? One reason people get the Benedryl or Tylenol or whatever is to prevent reactions. If you didn't, you dr. might want to do it next time.rocckyd2009-07-01 15:36:58awww little mermaid  I think Cordelia is on this as well and might have some insights .......... Feel better.
