Whoo hooo...my rheumatologist just called and I have an appointment at Duke set for August 18th! Even he couldn't believe it. Usually the wait is 6+months. Turns out they just hired a new physician and they were setting up his schedule. The dr. isn't new-just new to Duke.
Hopefully this will give me some answers. It is during staff week at school, so that is a problem. But, I have to take this apppointment. I emailed my principals-they'll understand. Horray!
