Arthritis Information -I need some advice

Share

Hi. I am new to this forum.  I am looking for some advice and hopefully I will get some answers.  I was diagnosed with arthritis in the spine, along with a protruding disc in my back. Since then, I have had alot of popping and cracking in my neck, and just the other day my neck became very stiff.  I also can feel something knotted up in the back of my neck. I think it is a muscle but I am not sure. Is there anything I can do for this?  My back started hurting again the other day and that is when my neck became so stiff. When I stretch my neck I feel it pull into my back.  They told me it was the beginning of arthritis.  I think I am to young for this. I am only 43.   What kind of home therapies can I do for this? It hurts.

Thankyou
What kind of arthritis? Wow spine pain neck pain that is a hard one. Ask the pharmacist for a good over the counter pain cream. Do not use too much. Also get some rubber gloves or something so you do not get any on your hands keep it out of your eyes. Capsasion check spelling or something like that. And maybe an arsonal of doctors could help. You may need some presciption meds to get threw this one I am a thinking. The neck is a painful area for arthritis and muscle spasms. Have you seen a good rheumatologist? You may want to find a good spine specialist. Which can be hard to do depending on the area you live in.Hi I am so sorry for your discomfort. My husband is a Chiropractor who practices in Chesapeake, Va. He sees patients with your symptoms all the time and thankfully has wonderful results from his treatment. So, naturally rather then popping pain meds I might suggest you seek out natural Chiropractic care. Additionally, symptoms like your are aggravated by an "inflammmatory" lifestyle and diet, and as such can be controlled by an ANTI inflammatory lifestyle and diet. Specifically, a high carb diet can promote inflammation (swelling) and chronic pain.
You can go to his website www.getyourhappyback.com and download a free copy of his anti inflammation book. It will give you some tips on "de-flaming" your body. Feel Better!
hi! try to improve your immune system.. ...
Hello pilantropo_pasig. Your enthusiasm must be recognized, BUT in some autoimmune diseases the worst thing that can be does is to "improve your immune system". It "pays" to know who you are preaching to and be certain that your advice has no contraindications and potential ill-effect associated with it.

Allow me to suggest that selling vits and supplement to people who are well-versed in their disease is both a waste of time and even laughable.

Good luck on your quest...
hi! try to improve your immune system..

try this: www.firstvitaplus.net
it can help....
i only want you to realize to LOVE your body more... love yourself more...
Wow, simply wow. I am underwhelmed, you have diagnosed me as not loving myself nor my body and then informed me that your product will help.

Thanks, but no thanks. No response to this post is expected nor is necessary.
hi Spelunker! thank you for your reply...
well i believe that whatever disease we experience right now, are the result of our bad treatment in our own body. Feed it right, you feel good! Feed it bad, and you feel bad...
i only want you to realize to LOVE your body more... love yourself more...

and whatever you disease right now, i only suggest that give a chance for your body to heal.. in some other way. consider the possibility. maybe my product may help you.. you can never know it unless you try..

i think its not a waste of time, you can laugh about it..(coz laughter is the best medicine^_^). its just giving yourself a chance to choose some other ways... to heal. other possibilities that might help...

well you have the choice to try it or not... but consider the ones who will be most HAPPY if they see you that you are able DO the things you do before you had that disease...

thank you... and i will do my quest to give others, other choice to help them heal...other possibilities... ^_^
hi! Spelunker...

i know you love yourself...thats why you go through that very difficult situation... i only inform you that theres, other way that might help you and your family. and its yours to decide which is the best for you and most of all your family. you have the power to choose.

im very sorry.. i apologize..

Hi...That dreaded stiff neck or neck spasms are most often caused by a neck muscle called levator scapulae. During spasms, due to loss in range of motion, neck stiffness occurs. Correct your  sitting and sleeping posture, do some exercises related to pain control techniques. Take care of your health. Thanks for sharing with us.
