Dear Gout Suffers:

 

I created my own website to beat Gout.  I would have attacks that would last for two weeks.   In a nutshell, Lose weight, and get the blood pressure under control.  High blood pressure is associated with gout.   This was a desperate help me site.  I love my site as it made me dig deep into gout causes.  I have reduced my attacks by the information alone on this site.  Check it out.
