I want learn about real life results on dieting

the healthy way and keeping it off.


I have personally lowered my cholesterol

from 238 to 174 and lost 24 pounds in 3 months.

Weight loss was a challenge for me. I was succeeded in my weight loss plan. I think weight loss is not only dietary control. Regular exercise is crucial for weight loss. We have to take balanced diet and avoid fatty foods. Vegetable and fruits should add more and more to the diet and meat intake should be controlled.
