Hi, I am newly diagnosed of RA <polyarthritis> though I
think now that I have been suffering this for longer than we know. I am 32 years old. I am having a stiff back for the last three
days apart from the other joint stiffness and swelling and it is just
unbearable. I have been taking ayurvedic
treatments for the pain. If I find any
improvement, I will surely let you know, but for now, I just need some help,
moral and emotional. Thank you friends.

kaya mo yan! maybe you need some changes in your lifestyle... im 28yrs old now, and im experiencing some little pains in my back. and i believe that because of my bad lifestyle. lately im taking care of myself more, eating right amount of foods, exercise & enough rest.
dont worry too much because its worry leads to stressful life. stressfull life leads to illness & disease.
