What's everyone up to?
Not much here- very slow at work which you can gather by too much presence of me here...
Almost lunch time but knowing it's salad again- it doesn't thrill me. Oh boy mixed it up today I have spinach instead of arugala- Oh happy day! I'd rather munch a nice fat sandwich!
I'm a little on the slow side too...... people dont' think about investing in the summer..they think about spending.... on vacations.... on summer homes... on college educations!! I'm using this time to get all my filing and organizational things done.
Today's my wedding anniversary! Hubby brought me roses and we're going out to dinner tonight at one of our favorite Italian places. Babs- I find the less I have to do- the worse I am at doing the little I have to do...

Our day is almost over. I have to take my mother to the hospital in half an hour. Her arm is swollen up for no reason we know of, so we are going to see the out of hours doctor. I managed to mow the lawn today with the help of my son, then my son made dinner. I had a huge bowl of spinach on the side as im trying to boost my iron levels. We have travelled quite a lot over the last 3 months ( a sick friend and a sick relative) both are better now. We are going on holiday on the 25th July to the 8th August. I cant wait !!

So true! On the days that I don't babysit Bailey, I have all kinds of plans to get things done...do some scrapbooking..etc. What have I done today and yesterday? Nothing! Well..I did do some shopping and a bit of housework, but I really wanted to get some pictures made up and do some scrappin!

i woke up with a very sore throat this am. All this rain I think. I cannot wait for summer to get here.well i got my birthday this saturday
so im happy

Got back from WI last night; had to go to a meeting (local politics again) and then to Bingo. Finally got to sleep around 2AM... slept until noon!
Got to go to the grocery store - we're out of everything. I have a neighborhood watch meeting tonight, and I also have to clean the kitchen. It's a bit of a sty. Boys come home from my sister's house in a few days - I can't wait to finally have them back home! But the peace and quiet has been nice...
It seems like my mother has torn her bicep muscle. Not sure how as she hasnt done anything extreme. She has to go to the fracture clinic tomorrow.
