StarPerson1212009-07-09 15:07:54Hey there Star Person, I kinda think that you better get a better grip on your diabetes.  Letting it get too low is very dangerous.  We worry about you young man.
Huggin ya~~~~GG
Funny thing about RA and I would guess JRA is that the way you feel can change very rapidly. I know sometimes I wonder if I'm imagining things!
Hope your well feeling stays put.
thnx for u ppl hoping i feel better soon
actually we just checked my blood
and now i think it mightve been high
cuz when we checked it was 134
but idk

When I was a kid and into my teens I would get low blood sugar. I still do sometimes now. Especially when I am not doing well, and not feeling like eating much and I am on pred LOL!ooh how low?
like 30's or like 60's
cuz theres a big difference

like when im low, for me low is about 75

i sure hope i feel better by saturday, omg saturday is the day after tommorow
wow, i better feel better soon lol
Feel better soon Star!oh yeah ur right
i guess i should be drinking some water
since u lose it when u sweat

I don't feels so good either and I know that part of the reason I have a headache, various muscle aches, a general feeling of lethargy and at least a tad of mental confusion is simply because I am not drinking ANY water, for a whole set of reasons and excuses.

Water is the life-blood of the planet upon which we live and in turn (as SnowOwl said) is the way and the means to keep our human blood cleansed and healthful.

It is, of course, your choice as to whether you drink sufficient water to keep your life's-blood cleansed, just as it is your choice to dispose of your calcium and vit D supplements, and just as it is your choice to eat rationally and consciously. Do or don't do, but remember the consequences can be long term and might be devastating.

I wish you the best b'day possible and a life filled with contentment and good health, Shug

ooh ur not drinking ur water???? my parents told me thats its important to drink water.

well anyways thnx
i think i'll have a nice b-day
we got some really cool looking balloons today
lol
ooh ur not drinking ur water????
No. I recently had abdominal surgery and had part of my large intestine removed and part of my small intestine surgically altered to act as a urinary conduit from my remaining ureter to an opening in my lower abdoment that is now covered by an "appliance" to which a plastic drainage bag is attached.

No water until my intestines once again begin to functions: you know, until I can burp and fart.

It is not that I do not want to drink water, rather it is I CANNOT drink water. I would guzzle pint after pint if it would not be detriment to my healing.

oh so u cant drink water
ok
I hope you have a wonderful birthday Star!  What have you got planned for the day?  (Sorry if you have already said and I missed it).

Tomorrow is my daughter's birthday, and Sunday is her best friend's birthday.   It's a great weekend for birthdays!

If your vision is blurry I would call a doctor. You could see an eye doctor. My concern is that blurry vision can sometimes be a sign of an allergic reaction. It could also be a sign of some eye problems. The headache accompanied by blurry vision well I just do not like the sound of it. Call your doctor first see what they think. If it continues then see an eye doctor.hmmm well isnt it lucky that i happen to have an eye doctor appointment soon
do u think i can wait a week or two?
since i'll be going then and i can ask him there

or do u think it might be bad?
Well it just depends on how bad the blurred vision is? Is it still bothering you? I am not a doctor. So maybe a phone call to a doctor would be in order. Just for me sometimes my vision gets blurry when I am starting to become allergic to a medicine. I guess there are other times it gets blurry a little bit for no reason at all I think from the disease. Usually it takes me so long to get an eye doctor appointment that it is cleared up by the time I go in. Please at least tell your doctors about all of the headaches you have been having and the blurred vision. It may even have something to do with the high bloodsugar levels. Well at least you have an appointment.its not too bad
i can see pretty ok
but its still bothering me a little

yeah last time i saw my rhuematologist doctor
my mom told him about my headaches
and he didnt do nothing about it

it seems like my doctor doesnt care
we tell him about stuff
and its like he doesnt even pay attention

and i got another appointment with him on july 20th

the eye doctors is july 31st i think
