I just saw this in Slate:  An Amgen Payoff?  Why is Ted Kennedy being so nice to the biotech industry?

Somehow I got a duplicate. Not really a duplicate, Jan Lucinda, the first topic you posted was titled "OT An Amgan Payoff?"

I will do that as soon as I figure out how to do it!!!!!I did it: Post Options.Good for you, Jan Lucinda, good for you. The article says Kennedy supports 13 years for marketing exclusivity as opposed to 7 years by the White House and 5 years by Schumer and Waxman.  Quite a difference.
