Dents in my middle finger joints? | Arthritis Information

Noticed last night that I had dents in some of my middle finger joints. Just wierd I guess. Looks like I was leaning on them along time or something. A bit tender today. Also today the dents are bilateral. My wrist hurts. Def some tendon issue. Maybe I have RA?
Def some tendon issue.
IIRC, you are taking Cipro for your myriad infections, my concern, in relation to tendons, would be Cipro-induced tendinitis.

Although usually involving the Archille's tendon, Cipro-induced tendinitis can involve any tendon.

Please be very careful not to rupture the tendon and speak with your physician ASAP.

Yes this occured to me. The tendon that goes from wrist to thumb I guess. It does have a history of this so? My right hand is def having a flare so IDK. Just keeping an eye on it. Should be alright. I take cipro alot. Allergic to everything else for bladder infection. If it comes down to it I like my bladder more than the tendon. Really I have had tendon issues for along time and was not taking Cipro. I did the ceclor thing for my sinuses last time I was sick. Still it is just a really stiff tendon. So maybe could be a problem. Not about  to stop taking the Cipro. Just starting to feel a little better. If it blows it blows. My hands and fingers were bothering me before I started the Cipro so not trying to blame it on the meds.Oh, OK, just my initial reaction to your post. Sorry you are doing so poorly and I hope you are better soon. Thats alright. It crossed my mind yesterday. I know it has been known to happen. Just for me I have no other options so I am thanful for the fact there is something I can take no matter what the side effects.
