I know I'm rather hit or miss here recently and I'm sorry about that

I have discovered that there are an infinate number of details that must be attended to every single day...with, of course, a few mini dramas thrown in a couple times a month

So, while I try to check in everyday...I may miss some of the more important posts and pm's...So try and patient with me well.. I can commiserate........ two years ago, I was the mother of the bride... I'm the mother of the groom for this winter and there are loads of details to follow and pay for ;)
PLUS, my YDD became engaged last night!!!  *faint*  Though I warned her that I require at least two years between weddings to recoup!!

While I miss you loads.... I completely understand......
How exciting! Enjoy it....as stressful as it is; it's a really special time. You're creating memories that will last a lifetime for many you love. I'm sure it's going to be beautiful. Share as things develop.Lynn, we'll forgive you this time!!!  It's fun and challenging but I know you're up to it.  The wonderful memories will always override the drama.  I went through this about 5 years ago even though I was the mother of the groom.  The other mother wasn't interested!! She did show up at the wedding and went to the reception and party but I dogged her most of the evening to make sure she behaved.  It turned out beautifully even with our drama.  Drama can come from the most unlikely places so be prepared.  I know it will be lovely and we want pics.   LindyI echo Lindy: you are excused this time...but next time you may be punished; share the dramas with us (remember misery LOVES company); pictures, lots of pictures. Before, during, after. I want to see how much hair you have left. I forgot last time I tried to reply it was kicked off for too many posts from me in a row!
I agree with everyone- ENJOY! We'll all be here waiting for you when you are thru!
Aw, Lynn, we knew you wouldn't abandon us!  Weddings!  They are so much fun... especially when you can kick off your heals under the table and toast the bride and groom with a nice glass of... something with alcohol!
