Went to my RD appt today. He increased my Arava to 20 mg daily, gave me some Pred , some type of gel that you rub on your sore spots (I'm at work and can't remember the name of it). he said there is nothing else I can take for pain without going to a narc, which I don't want to do. So, I think the pred will help me a lot. thanks for all who wished me well.... Phats Hey Phats, I am glad you are happy with your treatmant, how much pred are you going on and is it long term, if so then you may need an osteoporotic drug such as actonel combi.
