Go visit and look at Nordic Walking - there is a serious side to it - but sometimes its just good to have a laugh and we need to see the funny side of things.
Won't be dropping in so much for a while - got a DVD to sort out - yes we are making a DVD specifically for people with pmr and gca. Hope its all done and dusted later this year.
Mind you lot know so much about pmr and gca - that it is probably like teaching your grandmother to suck eggs - but I wish I had been given one at the outset.
