Well, now I seem to have stumped the doctor. I started taking Prednisone the end of May for PMR. I take 20 mg. a day. A week and a half ago, I started getting hives; itching, rashes and welts. I went to the Dr., and she was stumped, saying that they prescribe prednisone for hives! I've been on Zyrtek for a few days, but when I stop, it comes back again. Has anyone else gotten hives while on prednisone?Nancy,
