i had a really busy day so far, more than usual

u know, since it's blood monday and i go to the lab place, i have to wake up at 5:20
well, i thought that wouldnt be so bad, i was trying to be positive
oh well, when my dad woke me up at 3:45 i couldnt be positive anymore
he is so loud, i cant sleep. i HATE that he has to get up so early for work, cant sleep with his noise. so i was up from 3:45 to 5:20, then i had to get ready...

at 6:20, me and my mom went to the blood place, to get my bloodwork done. so, when we got there, there was already somebody there!!! we've been doing this since May, and this is the first time someone got ahead of us, lol. it was weird...

the lady, didnt use the baby needle, she used the big person one. she sayd its better cuz it gets the blood out faster, which it did. once she got it in, i wasnt havin much luck gettin blood out, its a longer needle too...

me and my mom then headed to Friendly's for our breakfast, at about 7:15. after we ate, we only get friendly's ONE more time, cuz then school starts. so then, we went to the gas station, car was almost empty, and we still had ALOT to do.

at about 8:00 when we got home, i decided to head back to bed. which was ok, i have a new teddy bear, so i hugged it.

we had to go get my new glassses, which i can tell U they seeem a lil bit blurry, my mom says i just gotta get used to them tho, then it'll be OK. after that, we went to go get a haircut, 3 weeks before school, so it can grow a little bit.

when we got home i took a shower and ate lunch, then the ppl who r gonna put the new fence up called, and wanted to come tommorow, but my dad's not ready, so they'll come friday instead...

i wonder what else im gonna do today, i hope everyday isnt this busy. altho friday i have a dentist appt. and then next wednesday is a rhuemy appt. and next thursday is the visual field test, at the eye doctor's...

SO, WHAT DID U PPL DO TODAY??????????So how'd the haircut turn out?

I've been watching my granddaughter all day.  She's napping right now though, so I get a bit of a break.
oh i hate the haircut, its so short
i never like haircuts, altho the ppl try to make it fun

oh so thats cool, so ur like babysitting
well atleast u get a lil break

my grandma babysits me too sometimes
lol, infact, she's gonna babysit me thursday while my mom gets her hair dyed at the place
Star at 14 why do you need a babysister?  I can see if it was going to be all day or over night, but for a few hours.  My children and grandchildren were babysitting other people kids at 14.  They knew how, and someone would check on them and be ready if needed.
Your hair will grow before school, I hope....lol,  I got married at 15, took care of a house and cooked and had a baby of my own, nine and a half months later.  Is it me or did we know more on how to care for our selves years ago.  I had a very bad child hood and married to get a home.  Now 52 years later, I'm glad I did.  You have a good life, A mom, dad and grandma that loves you, you get a lot of stuff.  Enjoy it while you can.  You are going to grow up and have all the worrys of an adult.  Theses should be the most fun years of your life, Too bad you got sick and can't do more.  Take care
well im not exactly sure why i need a babysitter
i dont have one everytime my parents arent home
sometimes my moms gone for a few hours and im all alone
i guess, its just cuz its around lunch time and my mom wants to make sure i eat something

or maybe my mom thinks i'll be lonely, lol

my grandma babysitted kids when she was little too
she was babysitting when she was only 12 or 13 years old, she told me

u too, rusty
take care

have a good day anyways!
The "baby needle" and  "babysitter". How old are you ? I have a 14 yr old. He can sleep through a tornado. He refuses to have to go stay at his grandmas. He is out and about all day with his friends. He mows the lawn and does other chores. We farm and he drives the tractor, helps irrigate and stacks hay when he is needed to. I dont even think he knows what a supoort group is. Some 14 year olds are "babied". I have a great-nephew that just turned 14 and he is almost 6 feet, and he cries like a baby when he does not get his way. He lives with his grandma and great-grandma.

Just yesterday he was whining like a big baby because his grandma told him to go weedeat the grass, and he sniveled like a baby.

The last time he was over my house he cried like a baby because he wanted his mom to take him somewhere to buy him something he wanted and she told him no. I told him wow! you are 14 and cry like that... I have a 4 year old who does not even cry when I tell him no.

So... not every 14 year old acts their age.

Wow...So much I could say to this..but I'll just say a few things.
When I read your reply on Lynn's post about depression, I could have said something like...Depression??  What? I'm not depressed and my sister's not depressed...why are YOU depressed?? I don't get it!   But no, I didn't post that because I know that just because I'm not depressed, that doesn't mean that everyone else is not or shouldn't be depressed.  People are different and things that happen in life cause different outcomes. Some people have fears that seem crazy to some.  But that is still a fear that's very real to that person...no matter how outrageous it seems to someone else.
People are raised differently, we're not all the same.
Also, there's nothing wrong with Star seeking out support groups, why make that seem like it's wrong?
