Yes thats right i am trying Leviquin 750. I have only ever had the 500. I guess it is better to get well sooner. Not sure my belly is as happy about this idea as much as the doctor. Guess my belly will hurt more but for less days. My lungs do appreciate it. Just seems like a lot of medicine to me. So i will let you all know how my success on microwave medicine goes. Everything is supposed to be faster these days. Beam me up Scotty. Wish they would find a faster RA med. Now that would be cool.Hope it helps you and gives you a microwave fast recovery.

My mom was on that for over a year. She was on it after her heart bypass surgery and her incision would not heal. Yep, it sure did not help her to not get bone infection. I was on levaquin 750 for my pneumonia.... along w/ steroids and it worked.. I am feeling much much better.

Wishing you well, milly
Good luck with the leviquin, Milly.  I hope it does you a world of good and gets you back on your feet!  Could you get Scotty to beam me up too?  I've used Levaquin a couple of times for relentless sinus infections that could not be eradicated with other antibiotics.  Both times it worked quickly and completely... but it makes me really, really dizzy and tired, and gives me a headache.  It can have some nasty, serious side effects, but for me the benefits outweighed the risks.

Best of luck - I hope it works as well for you (but without the dizziness and headaches!).
Waddie Scotty said he is not going to beam you up until after you get the surgery on the 25th. Nice try. Would be nice if they could just run that scanner thing over us and make us better. prayers feel better soon.jas i totally have some of that headache thing going on. Well the headache is better so i either got used to the meds or it was from the infection? Breathing is much better and it is only day three.

Sort of hoping it helps the cellulitis thing in my eyelid. If not i will see if they can lift it surgically. It is in my field of vision a bit. Just hanging like a big wrinkle. Well a wrinkle with a balloon in it. I had this once before and after i had sinus surgery it went away. So i sort of think it is infection based on that.
