The importance of good Dr.'s | Arthritis Information

I have to mention this and although to many it may seem futile, but I have to say that having the same Dr. over many years(no matter what area) is and always will be the most significant thing for me and my family health and friendship.

May make no sense to some, but I had the most wonderful experience. WE have known our Pediatrician for more than 29 years now, both as a medical provider and as a friend.

When visiting for my son's wedding ( still shedding tears over this it was so beautiful) I called and told the receptionist that Jarek was coming to meet him.

When daughter and I arrived in tow with this rambunctious 13 month old, we were allowed back upon arrival and then the nurses knocked on the exam room door. He was with a patient. It was evident that he had told his staff to come get him when we arrived. I nearly cried, my daughter was amazed...she thought he didn't care about her anymore....and now she knows he does care and will always care.It meant the world to her. It meant the world to me.

This is the "specialness" ( is that a word?) of having known the same Dr. for so many years. The is what solid good friends are defined by. It touched our hearts beyond belief!

Hats off to our Dr. B! HE holds a very special place in our hearts and in our souls.jodejjr2009-08-22 20:05:05Oh that was so nice to read, Jode.  Sounds like your daughter and son had a wonderful doctor.
